Leadership programme.

Develop your leadership skills with our unique programme. We guide you through four crucial steps for digital transformation. You will learn to effectively drive change, regardless of project or experience, and create more impact at any organisation.

1. Give Direction: Define a transformation strategy, shape your own future and inspire with storytelling.
2. Establish Structure: Understand organisational structures and define working rhythms, have bold conversations outside your comfort zone and influence your stakeholders.
3. Create Safety: Build a change culture, develop mutual empathy and win trust to overcome resistance.
4. Drive Execution: Determine your focus and manage results, create new habits and learn to communicate effectively about the positive and negative consequences.

The (change) leadership programme is part of our Empowerment Day. This forms the beating heart of Young Digital Leaders. At our centrally located office in Amsterdam, we take a break from the daily business. We share successes, look for 'fixes' for challenges in projects together and continuously improve ourselves and each other. These days provide space for reflection and relaxation, which is how we keep our outside-in perspective sharp. And at the end of the day, we of course like to discover the local cafés around the corner or undertake an activity together during our famueze XXL drinks parties!

As a Young Digital Leader, you will use our business skills to increase your impact with clients as well as your own market value! This future-proof mix of hard and soft skills is highly sought-after and not always fully covered in studies, traineeships or training courses. You develop these skills with our vibrant ecosystem, consisting of experienced experts and executives - your personal think tank. They are ready to spar and support you on-the-job. During fortnightly check-in sessions, we assess your progress and needs and we can bring in additional support or expertise where necessary.
